An American television crew reputedly found footprints of the mythical Yeti in the Himalayas. They showed a cast of the footprint which they described to have been fresh when they found them. The crew is part of the show Destination Truth, which aims to show the "truth" behind stories like the Yeti. The Yeti, or abominable snowman, or Sasquatch to the Native Americans, is said to be a large upright-walking ape-like creature. No one has yet brought conclusive evidence that it exists except for footprints and tufts of hair. It has been a popular subject in many science-fiction and horror movies.
